    Description

    A beautiful late 19th century amberina mustard pot. It has its original applied silverplate lid with a spoon notch but no spoon. The piece is in beautiful condition - any small imperfections in the glass appear to be manufacturing errors. There is what appears to be a white epoxy/caulk that an owner along the way used to attach the lid permanently. I don’t believe that to be original. There are no chips or cracks. This came from a large collection of Mt. Washington pieces, but the color seems more indicative of New England glass to me. So few of these come up that I have not been able to find an accurate reference piece. The jar measures approximately 2.75" tall with lid slight under 4”
